Humanization of the hospital: participatory construction of knowledge and practices on care and ambience

ABSTRACT Objective: To identify and implement care ambience strategies, with a view to hospital humanization. Method: Action-research study, whose investigation process occurred between January March 2019, the participation of employees in strategic functions medium-sized hospital, through focus group focal analysis. The implementation strategies started May 2019 remains progress, responsible multiplying professionals patients. Results: 18 participated study. It was found that investigative processes accompanied by practical interventions, especially those related promotion interactive, inclusive, spaces creation ludic, attractive interactive environment favor multi-professional actions, mobilize innovative knowledge practices, contribute (re)signification being doing health professional. Conclusion: Care ambience, humanization, include designed all actors (professionals users) hospital. is important that, this process, everyone feels they are protagonists new ways being, living health.
